The following are eliminated:
- Tape C delayed redistributor fee ($250 per month)
- Tape C delayed annual administrative fee ($250 per year)
- Tape C voice-response port fee ($21.25 per port)
- Single-security Derived Data fee liability
In addition, delayed and end-of-day redistribution is not fee liable on any Tape, and the CTA Administrative Usage Credit calculation is retired — qualifying administrative and operational use is simply not fee liable.
