The new CT Plan Fee Schedule was approved by the SEC in June 2026 and takes effect from the Operative Date. In summary:
- Tape A Professional fees collapse to a single flat fee.
- Non-Professional fees move to a sliding scale that is lower at every tier.
- A number of legacy fees are eliminated entirely.
- Enterprise Caps and other charges are reconciled into one predictable structure across all Tapes.
