DataCT leaves this as a choice for each Distributor to make, license by license. Distributors may choose Direct Billing of all Subscribers, Indirect Billing of all Subscribers, or a mix — for example, keeping Tapes A and B direct and Tape C indirect.
- Direct Billing is the default for any party that reports its own Usage.
- Indirect Billing is not available where the Subscriber controls Access, or participates in the Professional User Netting Program.
