The Operative Date is currently planned for April 1, 2027. On that date the CT Plan Policies supersede the legacy CTA and UTP policies, and the new CT Plan Fee Schedule takes effect.
Dates to plan around:
- September 1, 2026 — registration opens at consolidatedtape.com
- October 2026 — the signing window for the new Agreements opens
- Before March 2027 — every firm must be licensed under the new Agreements
- April 1, 2027 — Operative Date: new Policies and Fee Schedule take effect
